Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)

This webinar covers examples of using Power Automate and walks through an introduction to creating a Flow, including an overview of the new Flows added in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2018 CU1.

Quick Query Hints and Tips

​Quick query is Dynamics SL’s built-in query function. This webinar reviews the basics of how quick query works, follow the review of quick query with the creation of a custom query and inclusion of the custom query on the SL menu, and cover how to create a refreshable query that can be saved and utilized with Excel & SSRS.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Utilize the SL quick query function for retrieving data
  2. Create custom SQL views to be used with SL quick queries
  3. Create SSRS reports using the quick query SSRS wizard
  4. Create refreshable data connections to SL data from XLS
