Anyone have a copy of KB 873956 saved?
It is referenced in the GL help and PDF like so:

That link (and a variety of similar link styles from over the years) are dead. I checked the wayback machine and it's not there either.
I asked Microsoft Support and here was the reply:
You wrote "please provide contents of kb 873956 which is missing".
I don't think we are going to be able to do that. That KB appears to be lost, as were many others. Portico, which is where we used to author those KBs was retired and if the database still exists, we don't have access to it. I'm not even sure it exists any longer.
The old call tracking system we used, which supposedly had a link to search for KBs, though it never worked very well, was also retired and is no longer accessible.
We did manage to archive some KBs in word documents before those systems were retired, but 873956 is not one of them. The bottom line is I don't think that KB exists any longer, at least not in any application or site that we can access.
