We are implementing the service module and are having trouble figuring out cancellations. The business has give us some scenarios and we are trying to figure out how to do them.
Does anyone use the service module and have detailed work instructions on contract cancellations?
Here are some scenarios the business has supplied.
- Cancel before starting revenue and billing
- Before accrual process is run and after
- Full 12 month credit
- Partial 4 month credit
- Only crediting back the last month of contract
