I'm not sure if this has any bearing, but some of the ADG screen code incorrectly trims off leading spaces of values before passing them as SQL parameters. Check for leading spaces in the InvtID column values of the Inventory table. There are other places, like the UserID/GroupID values used with access control, where leading spaces can also cause unexpected behavior. Rows mysteriously rising to the top of PV lists is a sign of this. It would be nice if SWIM disallowed key values with leading spaces.

Yes you can access it directly and add the item's cross reference record. That can be a workaround but makes no sense of why it works for some and not for others.

Can you use the Item Cross References (10.380.00) screen directly to choose the item and see the rows?

One of my clients is having an issue with the ItemXRef (10.380.00) button on the Inventory Item screen. For one inventory item the button will work an open the Item Cross References but for a different inventory item the button will look like it is opening but does not. There are no differences between the two items.
Has anyone had the same issue and if so were you able to resolve. I have tried MS Support but they gave me no remedy as they cannot recreate.
