  • 1.  New database does not show up to add in Company Maintenance

    I created a new empty database for my current System database and ran all the DB updates for views etc but when I go to add the DB in company maintenance it does not show up.  Any thoughts on what I may be missing?

    There are a couple of things to check right away.   
    1) Do you see the new database in the [SystemDB].dbo.Domain table, which you can see in the menu item Database Administration? 
    2)  If you do see the database listed in the domain table, verify that the "Server Name" field is correct.   
    3)  Assuming yes on #2 above, you may want to try updating the password field with your SQL Server "sa" password.

    Thanks for the reply, looks like I had activated Multi Company a long time ago then decided not to use it.  Once I unchecked that I was able to set up.
