Ever since we did the SP update for Web Apps our users are getting the following error message after clicking Time Card Entry "Timecard Entry: 10272 - SL User SESAxxxxxx should be associated with one active Employee"
Our solution to them was "Web Apps has integrated login which means you need to wait for the system to log you in.  You do not have to enter a password or click Login.  You will be logged on automatically.  If you don't let the system do this for you, you will receive the error message."

This is no longer working for all users.
I did work with #Plumbline and this was their solution until a hotfix came out.  Well, no hot fix has come out resolving this issue.
    Anyone else having this issue???
    TIA

    Hi Karla,
I am behind you in the WA release cycle, but I've seen this in the following scenarios:

    1. The employee is trying to log into the wrong company
    2. The employee logging in does not have a user_id assigned
    3. There are 2 of the same user_ids assigned to different employees

There may be something else that was introduced in the release, but you can try running this to see if you get any (or multiple) rows returned.

    select employee, emp_name, user_id
from pjemploy where user_id = 'SESAxxxxxx'

    Good luck!
    Marc

We've been getting the same error.  We only have one company and a low amount of users, so our issues likely aren't the ones that Mark mentioned, but I'm not sure how to fix it either....

Plumbline contacted me via email and the hotfix was released 5/25 to correct this.  Our consulting firm is going to put it into our test instance tonight.  Once it is tested I will send an update.

I'm surprised that there are not more people speaking out with this issue.  We have it happen quite frequently.  Clear the browser Cache and it corrects it.  Additionally, when a user double-clicks it can create the same issue.  There is a Hot-Fix for the double-click, but wait for the June updates.
