Topic: Labor from a time sheet that never makes it to a draft in flexible billings

1.  Labor from a time sheet that never makes it to a draft in flexible billings

I am working with someone who is still using SL 6.5 and they are having issues with time that is entered in the timecard entry screen that never makes it to a draft.  The entries are random and it appears to happen a couple times a month.  In many cases, the same employee entered time to the same project and task on a prior timecard and there were no issues.  If you compare the records in the pjlabdet and pjtran tables, there are no differences with the transaction that processed correctly and the one that didn't.

The records do not show on the WIP reports.  When we look at the pjinvdet records, there is a record for these problem transactions.  The bill_status field has a value of 'B' but there is no draft number.  If you compare a good record and a bad record in this table, the only differences are that the draft number is missing in the transaction that didn't get billed and that the last updated program is showing as PAPRO for the problem transaction and BIREG for the transaction that billed correctly.

Has anyone encountered this type of situation?
