    One of the Approver was not able to pull the time card reports through Web Apps and the error message is " The 'SLUserID' parameter is missing a value". The approver started receiving this error message from the time when her last name was changed.

    On the User maintenance screen on Dynamics, after changing her Windows ID, when I clicked on save the following error message pops up i.e. " SQL Server Message 15401". In spite of this error, the employee can still enter the time on Web Apps and also can approve the time cards of their Team. The only one issue, the employee has is 'Unable to pull the time card reports through Web Apps.

    We have tried so many ways to figure this out, by purging her account and creating a new account on Dynamics SL, Checked the Active Directory too.. all of her account's set up looks fine but still the issue to pull the time card report is not resolved.

    Request you to post your ideas/trouble shooting steps.

    I don't have WebApps experience, but plenty of SL and thought I'd throw this out.

    When you purged the accounts from SL and AD, did you also remove the account from the SQL db(s)?  SL creates an entry in the database too which is not deleted when an AD account is cleared.  The issue comes in that SL utilizes the DOMAIN\USER notation and the DB uses a generated SID, so it can get out of whack if they're not all pointed correctly.  Anytime we have a name change we need to sync them all back up.
