Did you manage to solve the problem? If not, like Gail and the application suggested, the starting point for any troubleshooting in SL is the EventLog, which is located under SL Installation Folder\SL\Applications\EventLog folder. The log tells you what caused the process to be interrupted.
Most of the time this happens when there is missing or incorrect configuration, like Account, Subaccount, etc... Where are you doing the allocation from, GL or Allocator?
