POPrintQueue Delete Entries

    Hi Everyone,
         It has been a while.  I am encountering users who when they are printing PO's the PO's come out blank in SL.  I can fix it by deleting the individual entry for that PO.  I just want to ensure if I do a mass delete to clean the work table I do not create any problems.  Does anyone see any issue with doing that.

    As long as nobody is printing purchase orders (or change orders), you can delete all  rows in that table. The table is populated by the report pre-process and (when things are working correctly) cleared by the report post-process.

    Thanks Everyone.  I was pretty sure it was a non-issue.  I know we had a SQL job that ran nightly to clear out tables like this.  Now I have to find it and make sure no one deleted a job they should not have.

    This happens to use sometimes. If I go to that PO and change anything (add a space, add/delete something, etc.) and save it again, it will print.

    At least for us, the PO printing process has been flakey for years.
