    Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know or had experience entering Vendor price lists in Dynamics?

From what I can tell there isn't a way to do it with the stock version. Does anyone else have experience with this?

    Thanks

I did a simple customization for this once. It won't work if you purchase the same item with differing units, e.g., if you buy one for $10 and a case of 12 for $99. You must either always purchase using the same unit/price or set a different InvtID for each unit (or write something more complex, probably adding a new table).

There are unused columns for this in the ItemXref table, so you do not need to take user fields for this. The easy part is exposing the UnitPrice column on screen 10.380.00. Slightly more difficult is writing the event code to populate the Unit Cost on the Purchase Order Maintenance (04.250.00) screen. This site did not use the Requisitions module, but I expect one could do the same on screen RQ.100.00.

I then created an Excel workbook linked (using ADO) to the ItemXRef table for viewing and maintaining the prices.
