    Posting/Journal Entry Question:

So, some Software, such as Lawson, MAS90, (used to be able to in Great Plains----).  You could "unpost" a journal entry, whether it was from the subsystem (AP, AR) or if it was a GJ, Journal entry.  Point being, if something was accidentally posted in error, you could "unpost" and address further - change the period, and repost, delete entirely, etc.

So far, all I've seen in Dynamics, is the ability to "reverse" a posted JE.   Is there anything to allow an entry, whether subsystem or general journal, to be "unposted", after it has been posted?

    Just curious.....

Dynamics SL was designed as a high-control, auditable system, so they did not include such a capability, although Plumbline Consulting sells "Eraser" utilities for the financial modules (for $595 each).

Thanks Jonathan!   I do have the eraser utilities for AP and AR, but didn't think about it for JE use.
