    Hi Folks,

I wanted to reach out to see if anyone has any recommendations for a way to issue email notifications to users when their AP vouchers are processed / paid to them? We utilize SK eBanking for some of our companies (works great), but we may run into issues w/ setting this up for some of our others. My dream scenario, if we can't get SK to work for these select companies directly, is to utilize the SK email notifications or trigger them somehow without utilizing the 'full' process.

Wanted to see if anyone knew of any alternatives or suggestions.

    Many thanks,
    Justin

    Hi Justin,

I use a product called EI Dynamics.  It allows for email of any kind to be sent.  It costs like $600 for the email only piece.

I use it for things like:
    •  Inventory below reorder point by site
    •  Oil changes needed for trucks
    •   Projects ready for final review
    •   Projects ready for closing
    •   Transactions with a period to post greater than 2 months from current period

Those are just some of the ways I use it.  You can set the email schedule for frequency.  You do have to write a SQL script for what you are pulling.

If you would like more information or see how it works, just let me know.

    Thanks,
    Michael

Michael - thank you very much for this! With your examples I see this could provide lots of use for us outside of the initial example as well!

    Many thanks,
    Justin
