Error Message

    One of the users at our company has been receiving this message in several modules of the program:
    "Error loading VBA project. HRESULT = 0x80040503"

    When she clicks ok it allows her to continue but this error has been occurring for a while and only with this user.

    Stephanie,

    You're probably over this error already, but many times an error like this for a particular user can be overcome by deleting the Dynamics SL temp files within the user's profile.  What is probably going on is a bad file stored in cache for the user related to customizations.  Deleting the profile forces SL to rebuild these cache files.  So, to do that logon to Windows as the user with SL closed.  Click Start->Run and type %AppData% and click OK.  A Windows Explorer window will open and you should see a folder called Microsoft Dynamics SL.  Double-click to open the folder and verify that you're seeing things like APC, MenuCache and solomon.ini.  If you do, highlight everything in the folder and delete them.  Now open SL and you'll have to connect to your SQL Server and Company again, but hopefully that should do the trick.
