    Hi,

Can anyone tell me why a check would show up on the aging?
    Only one random account.

    Thanks Carmelita

    Hi Carmelita,

I have this issue on my AP Period Sensitive Aging.  Mine is due to a manual payment / electronic check having a period to post of 04-2910.  It won't fall off the period aging until then because it is a period that is after the period I am reporting for....

I created a template to eliminate it from my aging report.....

I would look to see what the period to post is for the check, that is probably causing your issue.....

I could buy a period fixer from a 3rd party or try to fix in SQL, but it affects to many tables, hence the template fix for the report...

    Hope this helps....

    Thanks,
    Michael

Michael have you tried reversing it and zeroing it out and reentering it with the correct date and period?? thats what we do to get it out of the aging.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks!

    Carmelita,

Could be that you have it posted to the wrong period (for the future( instead of the period you actually wanted to  post it to.
