Good morning,

Does anyone know of a way to reprint direct deposit advice slips?  I have done some searching and haven't found anything very useful.  We would like to replicate them in order to email them to our employees versus printing and physically mailing.  If there is another, similar report that could be used to replicate the data, that would also be helpful.  At one point I looked into Quick Send, but it was too cumbersome and not exactly what we would like to use.

Liaison Messenger EDD could distribute (batch email, batch fax, archive, attach, etc.) Direct Deposit statements and other business forms and reports out of Dynamics SL and even attach supporting documentation.

Using your existing Dynamics SL reports, SSRS, Crystal Reports, etc. and existing print procedures, Messenger EDD allows you to create unique scripts for your business forms and report distribution allowing for automated batch emailing, batch faxing, built-in archiving, and distribution to customers, vendors, internal employees, warehouses, etc. all based on the data being processed and the pre-determined rules you create upon initial setup. 

Even attach supporting documentation, both static and/or variable. For example, when sending out customer statements, include all supporting invoices listed on the statement in 1 PDF.

There is no end user training required, just print through your standard print procedure in Dynamics SL but with Messenger EDD's print driver. Messenger EDD then distributes your documents based on rules set up at initial configuration - Batch email, batch fax, archive, attach, etc.

Hi Valerie,

If you go to Foundation / Shared Information / Quick Send Inquiry.  Click on the Search Employee Document tab, enter any of the search criteria to make life easier then click Search / Refresh.

Check the box of the ones you want to resend and click Resend Requests at the bottom of the screen.

Thank you for posting this and enlightening!  I've been running QuickSend for a couple years now and always hated dealing with resending emails.  I had no idea this screen existed and had been doing it with SQL scripts instead.  Great tip!!
